I first listened to Barry on IT Conversations website on the same topic. Its much longer and a bit more detailed with a Q&A at the end. One though I really wish there was more about what we can do about it.
In South Africa with our huge divide between small group of rich people and large group of poor people. We have a growing middle class of which I'm part of and I'm experiencing this explosion of choice. And maybe I'm worse of now that I know about Barry's research! Damn the opportunity cost ;-) -
