I understand that organizing a TED Conference is a tremendous undertaking, but what is stopping you from having more than one big conference anually? Is it lack of (qualified) manpower to do the organizing, the selecting (or availability) of speakers, and such? Is it lack of funding for the location, equipment, etc.? Is it a desire to preserve the uniqueness, the high profile, the maximal quality of each and every conference?]]></description>
