		<description><![CDATA[I was very impressed and encouraged by Eleni&#039;s professionalism and optimism. Her project is an impressive attempt to exploit ICTs in a rural context and in a way that contextualises ICTs within an entrpreneurial model. I wish her every success in making it happen for her fellow compatriots. It is heartening to see people of her calibre returnig to their homeland to share their learning and leadership.]]></description>
