TED.com is nominated for 3 Webby Awards
This morning, TED.com received three nominations for the 2008 Webby Awards — for Best Navigation/Structure, Best Visual Design – Function, and Podcasts.

Reducing presentations to 10 minute virtual soundbytes…is not an “idea worth spreading.” It feeds and encourages short term thinking….Ideas should be well thought out and presented as such. If people will not listen because presentations are 20min-30min….then they should go to TMZ.com and see what color underwear Britney is wearing (if any) this week. If there are too many great speakers, then only the best peer reviewed should go first.
