Artist Chris Jordan shows us a surprising view of Western culture, in this energizing look at numbers so big, we simply don’t (or can’t) think about them. His supersized images picture unimaginable statistics — like the astonishing number of paper cups we use every single day. (Recorded February 2008 in Monterey, California. Duration: 11:14.)

I can’t believe the percentage of Americans incarcerated! Something is not right when the land of the free imprisons more than any other country on Earth. Its so sad. A very thought provoking piece from Chris Jordan

I just love Chris Jordan book Katrina’s wake he is so insightful in his writting, he is truely a gifted man. Speaking about the paper cup waste just gives me a headache thinking of all the waste, one day people are going to have to wake up.
