    Sorry Bill the interpretation of the chart shown at 3:10 is wrong. In the now poor countries Malaria was not a problem until the rich countries made them poor and started to influence the immune system of the African people by vaccinating them. The chart clearly shows that neither Malaria nor mosquitos were a problem in Africa until the colonisation began.
