		<description><![CDATA[You know it&#039;s amazing that this took so long to come to.  As a computer programmer since I was a child, I&#039;ve played many many many programming based games, where such a strategy (albeit on a simpler level,) is used for many simpler programs to communicate.   In fact one of those games was a cellular automata type game.    It seems idea isn&#039;t really new in concept, but proving it, and defining it sure has been.   Bonnie you and your team, are my heroes.     
One thing not asked in the interview, but wouldn&#039;t it be possible to generate a bacteria with this signalling locked on?  Wouldn&#039;t that in fact, be a more effective system that real bacteria wouldn&#039;t be able to avoid?  That way the bacteria that you were targetting would always trigger as virulent?    Thus causing the bacteria to become virulent before they had numbers? Making them easy targets for the immune system?]]></description>
