		<description><![CDATA[It occurs to me that Chris&#039; comments are not about advertising, but how to effectively drive change.  Ad-men are looking to change your decisions in their favor.  He effectively articulates how best to do that.  Perhaps the CEOs of global corporations should tear a page out of his talk and use it to inspire their workforce.]]></description>
