How do I cite a TEDTalk?
To cite a TEDTalk, use APA Style for video Weblog posts:
Author. (Year, Month Date). Title [Video file]. Retrieved from URL
For example:
Sandberg, S. (2010, December 21). Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders
[Video file]. Retrieved from
http://www.ted.com/talks/sheryl_sandberg_why_we_have_too_few_women_leaders.html

Hi Ayumi – I use Endnote X4 – i selected ‘audiovisual material’ from the reference type drop down and filled in the appropriate fields. My university requires us to use the harvard (v6) standard – so endnote makes it look this this (perfect!):
Rutan, B 2006, Burt Rutan sees the future of space, TED Conferences, Long Beach, February 2006, .

oh for some reason it’s taken the web link off the end – but you get the idea. Use the ‘audiovisual material’ category. Jon

Here’s is what I think…
Jackson , T. 2010. Tim Jackson’s economic reality check. TEDGlobal2010: And now the good news, 13-16 July, Oxford. [Online]. Available: http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/en/tim_jackson_s_economic_reality_check.html [2010, October]
I would keep the conference name in italics

Ayumi Chan
Thanks :-) Any idea how can I cite using EndNote X3?
