That&#039;s possible. However, the job of curators is to curate, that means to find speakers/content of interest. The fact is the vast majority of speakers at TED and TEDx events are men. I&#039;ve been advocating for several years more gender parity on TED stages, so far without much success. TED 2013 has less than 30% women speakers. So far TED Global 2012 has achieved the highest number of women speakers. I will continue my advocacy.
