		<description><![CDATA[I was wondering why there even needs to be a TEDxWomen event, until I had a bit of a scan of the front page in which 4 out of 20 newest releases are by women, then I looked at the most viewed talks, 5 out of 20 are by women. Then I looked at the 20 talks that got the most comments this week, 2 of which are by women. 
Now I know why there needs to be a TEDxWomen event. Improve your game, TED, so that we don&#039;t need to have these &#039;corrective&#039; events.]]></description>
