At the last company meeting I explained to my employees that the best way to improve performance in the workplace and enjoy better results, is to spend time working on ourselves.  Making time to be alone, meditate, really THINK about ourselves and how we can make better choices, will splash into all aspects of our lives, including our time spent at work.]]></description>
