Cesar Kuriyama has been selecting one second of video from every day of his life, and editing it all together into a montage that both records his life, and forces him to revaluate how he approaches each day.

Leymah Gbowee is a peace activist who led a women’s peace movement that was pivotal in ending the Second Liberian Civil War in 2003.

Brené Brown studies vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame.
