		<description><![CDATA[AH, OK, yes. Still, &quot;not vocal&quot; does not (necessarily) equate to introverted. Especially in a conservative society or a society where men and women do not mix much. Here in the US, cultural pressure makes many Introverts feel they are required to act &quot;outgoing&quot; (which does&#039;t make them extraverts). So, people (e.g. women) in some societies may be _perceived_ as Introverts (or shy or quiet) based on cultural pressure.
   But from some things I&#039;ve read about women&#039;s groups in India. they&#039;re certainly not &quot;less vocal&quot; when they&#039;re in groups together. Pradyut - my guess is that if you were to observe a group of Indian women together where they feel comfortable and don&#039;t feel that society is making demands on them, you would find that they vary greatly in how vocal they are, individually.]]></description>
