		<description><![CDATA[This is what exactly happened after the Christchurch earthquake. One thing thou, Lyttelton where the epi-centre was, there was no power for over a week. Their community already had IT &amp; community volunteer structure call Lyttelton timebank  2 year prior from the disaster in place. I just saying, you don&#039;t need a disaster to build a community. A strong community &amp; supporting your local community is key to having a better life &amp; it REAL helps when disaster happens.]]></description>
