The world, especially this hyperactive modern world, needs such a method to save it from burning itself out. Which is so sad to think about. Imagine if people were really in touch with their inner &quot;selves&quot; and the &quot;world.&quot; Imagine what wonderful things could come out of us if we let them. Just my two cents.]]></description>
