Great at laying out the problem and rallying people to want to help fix it, but if you’re expecting solutions you might be disappointed — he doesn’t really chart a specific path forward, but instead points towards existing groups he says are doing good work. First Nixon was no conservative. Secondly and more seriously, Friedman was an ardent opponent of minimum wage and gave a very eloquent explanation if its pernicious effects on society and the economy.

Mr. Lessig you owe the TED community a correction for this error.
