This is an interesting concept, but if you view my TEDx talk on Transparency and Trust in Voting Systems, you’ll better understand why Bismark’s scheme can’t work. Encrypted receipt voting doesn’t solve the trust problem. See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naRwkEuulDg
