Watch a live session of TED for free on Tuesday

TEDLIVE2015-FBOn Tuesday, March 17, you’re invited to watch a full, unedited session of TED2015 for free — and join the world to hear the TED Prize wish given live online.

Follow this link at 5pm PST on Tuesday, March 17, to watch a 90-minute TED2015 session live.

The Session 5 program is full of powerful personal stories — including the story of two Texans that calls into question what it means to be “American” … a software pioneer who started her company in the 1960s when she hit the glass ceiling … and a truly modern, powerfully moving love story that pushes the boundaries of what is possible. Music comes from Joey Alexander, a young jazz pianist with an old soul.

And at the end of the session, join our 2015 TED Prize winner Dave Isay as he makes his audacious wish. Isay is the founder of StoryCorps, which wants to capture and archive the life stories of everyday people. He’ll tell his own story — and reveal how you can be a part of the next phase of his massive oral history project.

Join us here at 5pm PST on Tuesday, March 17, at 5pm Pacific time.

PS: Interested in watching other TED2015 sessions from your home, office or school? Sign up for a subscription to TED Live. The on-demand conference stream, to watch anytime, costs $100, or you can watch it all live for $500.
